Amy has been guiding children and families in early childhood education for over 20 years, and her love for teaching is at the heart of Red Brolly. She brings creativity, humor, and endless energy to every day—whether she’s singing silly songs, preparing for an event, or turning a rainy afternoon into an adventure.

In Fall 2025, Amy stepped into her first year as owner and director, proudly wearing many hats—teacher, cheerleader, planner, and everything in between—while pouring her heart into making Red Brolly a place where every child feels known and celebrated.

Even when she plans to stay in the office, the children’s hugs and laughter always pull her back to the classroom. Making sure Red Brolly Families and children feel happy, confident, and loved is what makes Amy’s heart sing.

Paige brings a natural warmth and enthusiasm to our classroom. Though new to formal early childhood education, she has years of hands-on experience from nannying, where she developed a knack for connecting with children, keeping them curious, and helping them feel safe and confident.

Her love of nature and environmental science shows up in playful experiments and everyday learning adventures. Paige is a true jack-of-all-trades, ready to jump in wherever we need her—helping with snacks, lending a hand in the office, keeping our space organized, and supporting the classroom in countless ways. She’s always ready to spark curiosity, lend a hand, and keep our classroom running smoothly with a smile.

 Becky brings over 20 years of experience and a calm, steady presence that our children rely on every day. She blends kindness with clear expectations, helping children feel confident as they try new things, face challenges, and explore the world around them.

Patient, straightforward, and firm when it’s needed, Becky provides a stable, nurturing environment where children know they are safe and supported. She encourages children to help themselves, build independence, and develop the skills they need to be prepared for new experiences. Becky brings calm to busy moments while keeping learning engaging, fun, and supportive.

Sarina has ten years of experience and brings a love for children’s books, arts and crafts, and movement songs to our classrooms. She enjoys organizing and keeping track of our materials so every activity flows smoothly and inspires creativity.

Her gentle guidance encourages children to explore, create, and express themselves, helping them feel proud of their ideas and excited to share them.

 Sil keeps everything at Red Brolly running smoothly—our schedules, paperwork, and all the little details behind the scenes—while filling the school with energy, laughter, and positivity. She has a knack for keeping files organized without ever losing the warmth and joy that makes Red Brolly feel like home.

Children, families, and staff all feel her cheerful spirit, which brightens even the busiest days. Sil balances efficiency with fun, proving that staying organized can also be playful and uplifting.

Celia has 11 years of experience and thrives alongside the children, sleeves rolled up and ready for hands-on learning. She loves baking, making slime, and diving into creative projects with the kids, always ready to turn a simple activity into a fun adventure.

Her calm, supportive presence helps children feel safe, confident, and cared for as they explore, experiment, and try new things. Celia brings calm energy, curiosity, and joy to every moment in the classroom, making learning feel exciting, playful, and meaningful.
